Should something be written in the horizontal box?
Kozue Kaoru from Shoujou Kakumei Utena. Because I like blue roses. ( For the same reason I may draw Ruka too. ) I wanted to make the dress top look more damask-like but I couldn't find a proper texture so an ordinary watercolor-like rose pattern was used.
If only I could draw as good as I can cheat at drawing...
